A little over a week ago I shared a collaborative post of 39 ways to boost morale and motivation: Best Ways to Boost Morale or Motivation - Make Sure to Add Yours! The post was fun to do because of the variety of thoughts that were shared. That got me thinking a bit more on motivation and I remembered a great video by RSAnimate. The video is one of those where they talk and draw really fast on a white board. While I find the topic facisinating, I love watching the artistic nature of the presentation too!
